An exciting opportunity has arisen due to business growth at @shaftesbury_park resulting in the need for a team leader to work closely with the General Manager, with a responsibility for the day to day operation of the whole facility.

We want someone who is organised, good at managing people with the ability to create a supportive team around them, who is willing to turn their hand to almost anything to ensure the smooth running of the club and fulf ling patron and customer needs.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible, as the business needs are seasonal, and the role changes throughout the season, have a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude, as the business can get very busy and the ability to multi-task is essential.
Hours have a certain amount of flexibility, but are mainly evenings and weekends, and if 2 candidates are identified, the role may be suitable for job share.

Shaftesbury Park is looking for part-time bar staff to join the team for weekend shifts. Based at Dings Crusaders RFC training ground in Frenchay, the successful candidates will form part of the friendly and energetic group behind the bar.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Stock replenishment
- Serving food and drinks
- Enthusiastic customer service
- Adapting to bespoke events hosted at Shaftesbury Park
- Assist with room preparation for events
