A Walker penalty and converted Edward Volley try put Esher ten points ahead.
Again, the visitors hit back as Tom Gollop got over, with Fielder atoning for missing the conversion by landing a penalty.
Ben Robbins' score gave Esher breathing space before half-time.
Dings piled on the pressure as despite Walker's second penalty, they nudged in front thanks to two quickfire tries from the in-form Gollop, securing their bonus point.
Fielder twice converted calmly.
Esher, though, saved their best for late on.
Shrugging off a yellow, substitute Tom Spiers and Robbins both dotted down within four minutes of each other as Esher bagged their own bonus point, while four more points from Walker's boot extended their lead.
With the shackles unleashed, Esher garnished their afternoon late on when Harry Faulkner burst over, before Jacob Morris, enjoyed a try-scoring cameo.
